I am upgrading software that was written in 2003 and running on XP.  We are now running Windows 7 and VS 2012 (VB.net).  I'm seeing that the function internetdial() is not working.  Are the wininet.dll functions still working on this version of VS and Windows 7?

Looks like that is an unmanaged API; there's probably one or more issues with the way that the COM interop was implemented (such as using Int32 where IntPtr is called for).  There is a lot of old unmanaged code written under 32 bit environments whose errors don't appear until you move to 64 bit and/or a new OS.
