This is driving me absolutely insane. No matter if i create site pages either under the parent site or under a subsite when a non site owner user tries to access the site page they are redirected to the default parent site homepage. If i add said user to site collection owners group it works fine. Ive checked and doubled check permissions for site pages, site and subsites. Ive added everyone, domain users, the exact username to all groups including site owner, members, visitors, subsite owner, visitors and members etc. Ive added the user to the every possible location i can find with edit permissions. Ive created new users, Ive rebooted everything, Ive patched etc. The odd thing is when i remove the user from read permission they get the sorry, this has not been shared with you error. I add them back in and they just always end up back on the default intranet homepage. Ive checked the permissions for the wiki library also and the user seems to have edit permissions everywhere I look. The user can access all other non-site page areas fine like document library etc. Any ideas? SharePoint foundation 2013.
