I created a SSIS Package to export data from my SQL Server based Lightswitch application into simple Text-Files and now I'm looking for a solution to run this Package from within Lightswitch.

It can be done... but... with SSIS Packages you will need to call the SQL Server management objects to start the packages. With that you will need to decide on where you would like the package to be executed from and by whom. The user that is running the package will need the correct permissions inside the msdb database as well as the database that is storing the data.
