Hi,

I have simple webservice, i want to consume it from a windows forms application. i followed this link to create the application. I just wanted to make the walkthrough work on my machine.

I am not able to create proxy for the exposed methods. Also unable to browse the service from IE. The walkthrough uses IIS6 or IIS5.1. I am using windows vista business edition.
I have found so many solutions on net, donno what have i missed, none of them helped me out. so im here :(.

Can someone please actually share the code with me which was written on IIS7?

I am using Windows Vista Business Edition with SP1, VSTS2008 with SP1

What error do get when you try to browse the service from IE ?. Have you checked that the virtual directory is correctly configured on IIS ?.
