I have to make a simple form builder application in which one can easily drag the things(here asp.net controls) and get a replica of that control in the page.

user will be able to set its property like name, required, data type etc.

I see a contradiction in the question: you don''t want to use 3-rd party components and you are asking if "anyone knows about it". If somebody "knows", it will be "3-rd party". I don''t think you mean that someone will do the whole design or some other part of work for you. So, formally speaking, the question does not make much sense.

Informally: you should do the normal software development work; design and implement appropriate system. Such think would not be a miracle. And then, if you face some problem or have some specific concerns, ask a question — we would be glad to help you.
