Hi Ashutosh,

On Visual Studio: you have Login Toolbox, select "Password Recovery" control and configure it. It is simple to use.
OR
you can add a page to Asking User Name, or any Unique Info. like his mobile No. etc
and search on this Info. about his password and other details.
you can display/mail his password to user.
