I wanted to know that I have a scenario I want to know that this is possible or not.
I'm MS CRM 365 Developer I'm calling an API through custom workflow activity and APi is given me a Json response.
Now I wanted to call an APi with dynamic parameters through Azure Service Bus is this possible?
if yes what is the best Approach.

There are potentially multiple ways to do that ,if you want message consistency then use service bus along with logic apps or functions to poll the service bus bus topic on schedule basis .

If the message payload in low ,then you can also consider using event grid along with Logic apps or functions . Do not here service bus or event grid do not give you capability to manipulate data on topic level unless and until  you read and transform . Once transformation is done you can either use Htttp action or Http Client within functions/LogicApps to call the external APi
