Is this for a single record or for all records? In my records Caller is filled in. I think there are some activities (metric alerts, etc.) that Microsoft does on certain resources automatically where the Caller might be empty for them. Overall this is how the log was send from Azure Activity Log to Log Analytics. It might be best to open support case to understand why these activities do not have Caller.
