I worked for a company as a freelance consultant for 2 years and they abruptly terminated my contract this week

I worked in their offices using their computer equipment

I also use my private laptop to access my outlook and access Sharepoint files when I was working from home.

They shut my email access etc the same day I left

If you were able to access files on your company's SharePoint it is highly likely that the credentials you were using were still stored on your computer, but I don't think there could be any unauthorized access to your private files.
