I know that downgrade rights are not granted to users of Vista home premium, however, I need to change my system to XP x64 because of my home recording studio requirements. I have read a lot of posts that have left me numb with doubts and questions regarding this. I guess that I could buy an original XP software package and take on the task, but,would it be more advantageous for me to take this route... upgrade to Vista business or Ultimate and gain downgrade rights, then downgrade to XP? Would this downgrade be a x64 version? Am I crazy? Any suggestions?
