I don’t see any issues with Data Factory. Could you elaborate more on this statement "my ADF is not loading in one machine, but not in other machines."? Are you able to access in another machine?

If you haven’t done this already, try clearing browser history, cookies and cache. Test this on another browser or InPrivate mode. Also, sign out and re-login to the Azure Portal then try.

You can also enable third party cookies as described in this MSDN thread and see if it helps.
