When resizing the browser manually, the left navigation disappears

SharePoint OOTB默认情况下是否存在此行为?有没有 使其在较小的浏览器尺寸/手机/平板电脑中也可见的方法?

Is this behavior by default for SharePoint OOTB? Is there a  way to make it visible even for smaller browser size/phones/tablets?

Please try with deactivating  the "Mobile Browser View" feature from "Manage site features" page. I hope it helps.
