我想根据以下文章实现基于计时器的触发器.
I want to implement timer based trigger based on the below article.

I followed and completed each and every step. As i selected "India standard time" in template deployment, i gave the cron schedule as per Indian time. However, the scale up function did not trigger as per the scheduled time.

I have given the permission to the active directory app on to the resource group and tried.. The above error is now gone. However, i am getting another error which says "The resource<< DWH Name >> under the resource group <<RG Name>> is not found ". The DWH is very much under the same resource group.. I am kind of stuck here...please suggest

I also followed the same documentation and it did trigger for me on scheduled time. Probably you are missing any specific configuration.
