     Im doing a system, which i hope to create something like e-books. Users can flip through the books. So I'm thinking of creating multiple forms then let user flip through the forms. Is it possible to do it this way?

Yes, it is possible, but since there is many ways to achieve an objective, you may want to plan out exactly what your users need.  ie. would a static dorm with 'flip through' panels do it better where the same set of user controls serve all the 'pages' rather than multiple forms  each repeating the same controls etc.
