Is it possible to apply different navigation modes in the same SharePoint Online solution?

I am currently working with a portal set with Structural Navigation in all collections/libraries/sites and I am wondering if it is possible to apply Managed Navigation mode to particular libraries, sites. This way having part of the portal using Structural Navigation and part of the portal using Managed Navigation.
