多年来，我一直在致力于使用Visual Studio和图形库WTL开发C ++应用程序，而最近的一个问题使我感到困惑.

Hello there!

I'm envolved on development of C++ applications using Visual Studio and graphic library WTL for some years, and an issue is puzzling me these last months.

We work with a IM and SIP client built with some third party libraries and using WTL for interface.
Now the trivial errors that could be easily identified with only a mini dump are on past and the need for full dumps to really identify the crash points are becaming mandatory.

The problem is that our customer reports lots of problems on saving full dumps.

Sometimes even when the user have Visual Studio on his/her machine they face problems on saving this kind of dump.

But the main problem is with general users that only have Dr. Watson installed which don't generates full dumps, or generates files that couldn't be opened with Visual Studio.

Do you guys have any leads to help us on that ?
