we have 2 domains - domain1 & domain2. We plan to migrate all users and servers from domain1 to domain2 in the future but for now we have 2 domains. All users are in both domains. The domains have been setup with an external 2 way trust.
We have the sharepoint server on domain1. I have configured the peoplepicker so that it can see users in domain1 and domain2. We use Active Direcotry or windows authentication in sharepoint. domain1 users can authenticate to sharepoint with no issue, however,
domain2 users cannot authenticate to sharepoint they keep receiving a login popup window in MSIE. I checked the IIS logs an the get responses return a status 200. After trying to login in 3 times the web pages go blank. This happens if we I access the
sharepoint site on the sharepoint server, workstation, or citrix. What else do I need to investigate to determine why domain2 users cannot authenticate to sharepoint. We are using sharepoint 2013 on-premise.
