We want to create a environment in Azure, but we need a lot of white/blacklisting. Right now, we're using Checkpoint/Cisco firewalls. Within those firewalls, you're able to create a group, and use that group as source or destination IP.

I'm looking into Azure Firewall, but can't seem to find this option. I don't really want to manually maintain 200-300 rules for the same service. Is the only way to accomplish this to use a 3rd party Firewall (Checkpoint/Cisco/etc.)?

Azure Firewall filters traffic based upon Rules. If this is not a way that you can easily use the firewall, then a 3rd party firewall might be best.
