I have a host running Nav and exposing OData on port 7048 on an Azure VM.

Since the default Integration Runtime cannot connect to your Odata source in private network, you need to create a self-hosted Integration runtime in your corporate network; and in Odata dataset specify the 'connectVia' property as the new self-hosted Integration Runtime and then the pipeline will work.
