First my apology if my question is not clear as I do not have much knowledge about sharepoint.

I am making a list for multiple users to use simultaneously and each user will be entering info (only column [Name], [Type], [Incident year]) to the list. The following is a rough idea of how the list looks like:

So, column [count] is based on column [Incident year] (this column is a choice type thing, preset with choices of say, from 2017 - 2027), the [count] is basically reflecting this entry is the 1st/2nd/3rd, etc.... record of that year.

I wish to have this [count] column being automatically counted and filled in, after the rest of the columns are filled in and saved. So........any thought about how to achieve this?
