Hi Rambalu, 

Do you recall the name of your Log analytics workspace? You would have entered this workspace name during the configuration step to push diagnostic logs to Log analytics. If you have the workspace name then you can access the logs by specifying the log workspace name in the search bar at the top of the portal - shown in screenshot.

Once you have the log analytics workspace blade open, drill down to the diag logs and either use the built-in designer or Log analytics query language to analyze the stored logs.
