否则使用以下powershell命令还原站点

Can you please check if you have access to root site collection of the webapplication and site is present.

else restore the site using below powershell command

Get-SPDeletedSite | Restore-SPDeletedSite
You can use Central Administration to check your Site Collection -> Application Management -> Site Collections -> View all site collections .
Also try an iisreset.
