首先，我正在使用代理服务器创建iothub，注册设备并安装了iot edge运行时，并重新启动了iotedge运行时，没有任何错误，并尝试部署了模块，但门户显示运行时响应为N/A

Firstly, i'm using proxy server created iothub, registered device and installed iot edge runtime and restarted the iotedge runtime without any error and tried deploying the module but the portal shows runtime response is N/A
