Hi, I am trying to edit few things on Azure Data Factory.

I have authorization from the admins, and can access the Azure Factory page on the Azure portal, and get the pipe lines I need to edit.  However, whenever I make my edits, and try to publish them.  I get the 403 error like below:

I put "???" on the company information.  It seems like this is a permission error, but I am allowed to see and edit the data factory.  Is there any other permission I need for publishing changes?
