I have a form with 2 datepicker controls, Start Date and End Date.

The goal is to have a repeating table that displays all dates from the selected date range.

I am not sure how to accomplish this feature. Can this be implemented?

Not possible in InfoPath if it is a browser based form. Try using HTML form instead.
