Regarding your specific request around US regions, I was able to switch this feature on for a deployment in West Central US. Following the instructions on the link, was able to create a resource group, Azure AD Domain Services Domain, vnet, and Storage account in West Central US.

完成此操作后，我便可以启用预览功能.

Once that was done I was able to enable the preview feature.
