I'm trying to sync/overlay a users Office365 Outlook calendar into SharePoint.

I didn't think this was possible but it seems it might be.... I can turn on publishing on the calendar which generates the html address of it. I can then create an overlay on a calendar in SharePoint and it finds the calendar but doesn't display it on the main calendar page and shows the following error:

The strange thing is though is if I click on the overlay in SharePoint it does actually show me the calendar and all the entries so it can see it there is just something it doesn't like, any ideas?
