I recently signed up a free Microsoft Teams account using my personal email (1). But it fails to login and keep looping loading Teams web apps or it show "You're not on Teams yet, but you can set it up for your organisation". I used another personal email (2)address to register and able to login. So, I guess something has gone wrong during signup process for my personal email (1).

it tells how to delete a Teams free organization. I can't do that because I can't even log in. So, next is to contact Microsoft Support via phone to delete or reset. I have called several Australia Microsoft support phones but none of them dealing with Microsoft Teams.

As far as having a team within your Azure Active Directory, you can check if you have any teams in any of your resource groups and search for the account but based on your description this seems unlikely to be the problem. How do you know the account was not already deleted?
