Can someone please explain to me the difference between the new way that Azure differs between the outbound IP-addresses for the logic apps please.

So, if a workflow consists of multiple tasks, the way i would think about to distinguish the two is while the Workflow outbound IP is the endpoint that executed your overall solution/work, Connector outbound IP is an endpoint that executed a particular task in your our overall workflow.
