I am having problems with losing the shadow formatting on my images and text when I convert from WORD 16 file to a PDF file using Export to a PDF file.  Everything else looks fine. I am using the drop shadow square formatting for the images.  I have not been able to find anything online that seems to relate to this problem.  Can anyone help, please?
