Hi, I am creating a customized form using InfoPath and workflow from SharePoint designer.

Here is what I would like to do:
Create a list of rental items (let me use automobiles as an example) that shows their availability.
There is one column that would list out the type of automobiles (car, truck, limo) and another column that either says yes or no for availability.

User will submit this form to rent the automobiles that would send out an email notification using the workflow. In the drop down menu I ONLY want to show the available automobiles.

This could be probably done with cascading dropdown based on input from one of the list. For sending email you do need a workflow.
