I cannot get past the grant consent screen as the popup for "Allow" is stuck.

I tried Edge, Chrome, and Firefox browsers, same issue in all browsers.

Only Edge displays the Windows Store extension support search but still it's a dead end.

Please check if you have some sync issues. The first sync between Azure AD and an app can take anywhere from 20 minutes to several hours, depending on the size of the Azure AD directory and the number of users in scope for provisioning.
