我在人员选择器控件中收到错误消息 .将用户添加到共享点组时，出现错误消息，找不到用户.

I'm getting error message in people picker control. when add users to sharepoint groups i 'm getting error message it could not find out users.

错误消息:很抱歉，我们无法访问服务器.

Error Message: Sorry, we're having trouble reaching the server.

我已经检查了多个博客，这对我们没有用，请分享此问题的适当解决方案.我在生产中突然遇到了这个问题.

I've checked multiple blogs it is  not useful for us, please share proper solution of this issue. I'm facing this issue suddenly in production.
