Someone knows if it is possible to export a list from Sharepoint 2010 to Sharepoint 2013?

A simples list is ok, but that list have attachments and a workflow status. All this stuff needs to be migrated to Sharepoint 2013.

You need a 3rd party migration tools like Metalogix, Sharegate and others for this. Workflow needs to be at least out-of-the-box or created in SharePoint designer. Other workflow which are created in Visual studio won't be migrated.
