It seems recently you've changed all metrics charts in azure so the y-axis scale is no longer fixed; it dynamically scales based on the values. The new dynamic scale is useless to me; when the line is at the top of the CPU chart that is supposed to mean something is bad, but now it could mean anything! How do I change my CPU chart to go from 0-100%? Please help!

If you click on the metric, you will be able to see an icon called "View Classic Metric", if you click in that icon and select CPU on the available metrics, you will be able to see the char with fixed Y axis.
