I have a requirement to generate Usage report for site/ subsite/pages/list and libraries(SP 2013 on prim). I have followed below steps.

How long has it been since you did the configuration you mentioned?  SharePoint doesn't start gathering data until you do the configuration mentioned.  So if you just configured things recently you'll have to wait for a while before you see any data in the reports.
