I'm trying to create an inbound rule to allow a public IPv6 network range via 80/443 and when I enter the address, I get an error that it's a malformed address. Is this supported in classic NSG deployment?

IPv6 filtering is not currently support for classic NSG deployments, just ARM. According to the documentation: "The VMs with the IPv6 addresses cannot be members of an Azure Cloud Service. They can be connected to an Azure Virtual Network (VNet) and communicate with each other over their IPv4 addresses."
