I have multiple surveys set up which updated daily by our workforce (around 100,000) and have to regularly archive the data within them.  At the moment I am currently downloading the Survey and then using SiteManager to delete the records.  However I can only do this for 1000 records at a time.  Is there a more efficient way of deleting all of the records at the same time?  Similar to using the Javascript:EmptyItems() command when emptying the Recycle Bin?

I've considered making a template of the surveys but at present won't allow me to, due to the View Threshold and a number of products use the GUID and VIEW IDs to access the data.

2. Create a Delete Query to remove the (un)desired records.
3. Create an AutoExec Macro in the Access Database that executes the Delete Query.
