I have embedded few images inside the body of an email. The email is being sent from a .net application. The images are displayed properly when the mail is received. The problem is that all the images inside the email body are also marked as attachment. This is happening on both gmail and yahoo. However, my office mail server is rendering the images correctly without marking them as attachments. I would like to know that how I can stop/prevent gmail/yahoo to mark the images as attachments. These images are rendered at run time hence instead of storing them on to any server I have directly included it inside the email body using the .net AlternateView class
