iam new to database programing i want to know how to enter data in one to many senario suppose

i want to know how to create dataentry interface so that user can insert project and staff from main page.

i am doing this in 2 steps first adding new project then on other page i am adding staff with project id passing in querystring.

please help me is there any way to do it on single page or assigned staff first then click submit to create project.

projectid是自动增量主键.

projectid is auto incremental primarykey .
