For our Redis Caches, We currently alert on 

Total Operations
CPU
Reads per second

When these peak conditions are met and sustained for 15 mins a webhook will be triggered which alerts our on-call staff to take action.
The problem with this is there isn't much we can do so it is a pointless effort.

We would really appreciate some guidance on ideally what general metrics we should be monitoring for our Redis Cache and also if what we are monitoring is correct is there any guidance on setting the absolute maximum peak of what the tier is capable of handling?
