I have an azure mobile app with a SQL database. The app is running since 2015 without any problem.

Since yesterday, If I try to add a new simple table in the database, the app doesnt work anymore and users trying to access it get a generic error "500 internal error".

Things start to work properly again if I delete the new table.

Have you enabled diagnostics logging? It can really help determine what is the cause of the issue.

For C# Mobile App backend, you could add the following code in the ConfigureMobileApp method of your Startup.MobileApp.cs file for including error details and return to your client side.
