I have ASR setup, all was working fine until the internet connection dropped. I moved the Process Server to another internet connection and it all jumped back into life.

Once the original connection came back up I moved it back and did some windows updates on the Process Server. Now I am able to get the servers protected, but after about an hour they drop out and show unhealthy state again.

Mainly this kind of error is due the server closes the TCP connection after delivering the response. You may browse to folder %PROGRAMDATA%\ASR\Agent and run the command. Also check the process server actively pushing data to azure.
