when I try to create a link between my project and the database file that I want to use i get this error:

I have access 2010 installed and I also downloaded and installed AccessDatabaseEngine_x64 because I searched for my error and that was one of the suggestions on another forum. however I am still getting the same error. does anyone have any suggestions as to what I am doing wrong?
