I want to get a listview with 2 column of equal width stretched to max after the check box column for each row (item)

there seems to be no easy way to achieve equal width in xaml alone, nor did I find any way to change the width of the gridview columns inside the listview from sizeChanged event handler for the listview. or is there a simple easy way without massive code behind?

This seems to backward  relative to winform listview in non wpf enviroment. I could easily achieve all these with only a few lines of code in winform .
