I have created a form for users to fill in their data in order to apply for a job, however what I would like to do is be able to send out a link so that they can connect to the form but no be able to do anything else once they have applied, it should basically say "Thank you for your application!" and then if they refresh the page it should give an invalid link. I don't want them to have any access to the data. I have got it to the point where I have the shared link and if they are done it closes, however they have to log into a Microsoft account. I have changed my settings in permissions to where external links can be shared and external users can log in however it didn't work. Any help will be appreciated very new to the whole SharePoint dev side of things.
