I have successfully installed the assembly(dll) in the GAC, and I can witness its installation in the C:\Windows\assembly folder also. But the real problem is that it is not available in the .NET tab of the Add Reference Dialog Box of Visual Studio IDE. Please guide me to bring it to the add reference dialogue box so that i can use it in further application developement.

You could add from the File browsers dialog in the tab clicking in "Browser" and looking into the directory indidcates before.
