在我公司的sharepoint中建立搜索站点目录.只能获取搜索结果中该人的姓名和职务，但我无法获取其他任何有用的字段，例如:工作电话，手机

am building a search site directory in sharepoint online of my company. am able to get Name and title only of the person in search result but i am not able to get any other useful fields like : work phone, CellPhone

搜索到我后，我必须将属性更改为finele，才能进入搜索范围

after searching i reached to i must change the property to refinele to be able to get in my search

但不能(由管理员)已禁用该选项.

but am not able (am the admin) the option is disabled.
