Currently I have Central admin on a default port running with the server name and want to convert to SSL with a new host header. I have the certificate and would like to know how to extend to port 443 on a new host header so I can test make sure it is working then remove the AAM to the server name central admin web app. Not sure the best steps or safest way to accomplish this task. Basically just need to know how to Convert SharePoint 2013 Central Admin from http to https and remove http completely. I was able to extend the other webapps no problem to SSL but want to make sure I convert central admin the safest way possible.
