Can a sharepoint 2010 web app consume 2 search service applications ? If it is possible, please provide the steps to achieve his.. I have CloudSSA created in SP2013, published and consuming it in SP2010 environment. CloudSSA has hybrid results combining SP2013 on-prem and SP online site. So in SP2010, I want to associate the CloudSSA and the SSA created already in SP2010 with one web application. This is to utilize the scopes from both the search service application.

I suspect you want to do this directly in the web app, and that's not possible as far as I know.  You should be able to add the CloudSSA as a federated search source. Here's an article describing the process.
